New laws that will be reviewed include:

- Restrictions on requiring applicants or employees to have a driver’s license.
- PAGA reform provisions.
- Expansion of discrimination laws for combinations of protected traits.
- Expansion of definition of race to include hair texture or styles.
- Changes to paid family leave integration with vacation benefits.
- Restrictions on mandatory meetings regarding political or union issues.
- Protections for “freelance” workers.
- Notice to employees of right to consult attorney regarding work related injuries.
- And more!
In addition to reviewing these new laws, there will be a question and answer session on employment related topics.
